Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with AEO Media for any reason, email billing@aeomedia.ai within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. No forms. No phone calls. No questions asked.
1. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. There is no lock-in period, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. To cancel:
- Open your account dashboard and choose "Cancel subscription", or
- Email support@aeomedia.ai from the address on your account.
Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately. You will keep access to the Services until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
2. How the 30-Day Refund Works
- The 30-day window starts on the date of the charge you wish to refund.
- Each charge has its own 30-day window. Earlier monthly payments outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Once a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and access to the Services ends immediately.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send a short email to billing@aeomedia.ai including:
- The email address on your account
- The approximate date and amount of the charge
- (Optional) Any feedback that might help us improve
We respond to refund requests within 1 business day and process approved refunds the same day.
4. After 30 Days
Once the 30-day window for a charge has passed, that monthly payment is non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see Section 1.
5. Custom or Annual Engagements
Custom statements of work, annual prepayments, and enterprise engagements may have refund terms specified in the relevant order form or contract. Where such terms exist, they control. In the absence of any custom terms, the 30-day refund guarantee in this policy applies.
6. Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, refund requests from accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity. In those cases we will explain our decision in writing.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Because we offer a fast no-questions-asked refund, please contact us at billing@aeomedia.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve the issue more quickly than the dispute process. If a chargeback is filed for a charge that has been delivered as described and we have not had a chance to respond, we may submit evidence (account access, login records, service usage, and acceptance of our Terms) to your bank.
